FAQ

Q: How long will it take to send the unit?
A: Virtually all orders are taken care of within 2 business days. If the unit you want to order is currently unavailable you can always find that information on the page of the product. If such is the case, the order delivery time can extend up to 2-3 weeks.

Q: Can I pay with my credit card or a regular bank transfer?
A: PayPal provides a way of paying with credit card. When you are redirected from the cart page to the PayPal window you need to choose „Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. If you don’t own one we can still use a traditional bank transfer or different forms of payment – contact me to discuss the details.

Q: Can you advise me on effects?
A: By all means! I know my units inside out. I am not only a gear maniac but also an avid guitar player who knows his stuff. Discussing your guitar rig, helping to choose the best effects pedals which match your style and needs would be my pleasure. Don’t be shy to contact me.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: It really depends where are you from. For EU countries it is usually between 4-7 days, for USA 6-9 days, for Australia up to 10 days and between 14 and 20 days for different countries in South America. You can find more information on the shipping page.

Q: How do you send the units?
A: It depends. I take many things into consideration and it is different for different countries. Most of the time I use Global Express (first class package). When parcels reach the country of destination they are delivered by local postal services. Pedals are sent in durable cardboard packaging which protects them from any damage.

Q: Are parcels insured in any way?
A: All parcels are insured and I take responsibility for any damage or loss during shipping and provide full reimbursement. From my experience, I know that these cases are extremely rare, but you can rest assured, that if anything happens it’s all on me.

Q: What power supply do I need for the effects pedals?
A: Technical details related to the necessary power supply are sent with every unit. Most of them require a regular 9V stabilized power supply, with „minus on the inside” polarisation. The pedals which I make are characterized by low power consumption, usually not exceeding 20mA. Each unit, apart from the Univibe, is secured for reversed power supply polarisation. If you are not sure it is always better to contact me – I will be happy to help.

Q: Can I return pedals if they don’t match my expectations?
A: Sure! Every item that you order from me can be returned within 14 days from the date you received the delivery– no questions asked! For more information please check the returns page.

Q: Can I use an 18V power supply?
A: In most cases, it is not a problem, but some of the units I make are equipped with a DC/DC converter, which can get damaged if you connect a voltage that is too high. To be on the safe side, it is better to ask questions about particular products.

Q: Is there a discount option if I order several units?
A: Yes! When you are interested in buying several effects pedals please contact me and I will give you an individual pricing.

Q: Can you make any pedal that I want according to my specifications?
A: I am afraid that is not possible. I have very high requirements when it comes to the process of manufacturing each and every unit and I have put a lot of effort to perfect all of the stages of production. A different pedal would require designing too many things from scratch. I invite you to choose units which I make on regular basis – the great and carefully selected collection of tried-and-tested classics.

Q: What do I do if my unit stops to work correctly?
A: I put a lot of effort to ensure that my pedals are everlasting. If something is out of order then the repair is covered by my door-to-door warranty, all costs of shipping etc. included. For more info check the warranty page.
